Your privacy is very important to us. The Thinking Meat Project follows a few fundamental principles:

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, the Thinking Meat Project collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the website.

The Thinking Meat Project also collects potentially personally-identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users leaving comments. The Thinking Meat Project discloses commenter IP addresses only as described below for personally-identifying information, except that commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrator of the site.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to the Thinking Meat Project choose to interact with the Thinking Meat Project in ways that require the Thinking Meat Project to gather personally-identifying information. Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, the Thinking Meat Project may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at its sole discretion. The Thinking Meat Project encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of that change.
