Knitted brain

Check out the Museum of Scientifically Accurate Fabric Brain Art, which features a knitted brain and several quilts with patterns based on images from PET and fMRI scans. Pretty cool stuff. (Although the depictions of brains are as accurate as the artists can make them, note the disclaimer about not using these artworks as a guide when working with a real live brain.)
